OSP Appeals High Court Judgment In Sarfo-Kantanka Bribery case

The office of the special prosecutor (OSP) has failed against the judgement  of the high court in Kumasi which acquitted and discharge Alexander Kwabena Sargo   Kantanka  Former president, Nana Addo's   Nominee for  municipal chief  executive for juaben in Ashanti region, in an alleged bribery case 
    Sarfo Kantanka  was captured in viral videos demanding refunds from assembly members  after his MCE nomination was rejected twice . 
  He was later charged 26 counts of  corruption  for allegedly paying bribes to facilitate his approval.
