Accra, June 28, 2025 - The Presidential Advisor on the 24-hour economy, Mr. Augustus Goosie Obuodum Tanoh, has announced that a groundbreaking 24-hour economic initiative will officially launch on Wednesday, July 2, 2025. The revelation came during a courtesy visit by the 24-hour economy office at the Presidency to Speaker Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin.


Mr. Tanoh outlined that the program aims to revolutionize production, with agriculture serving as its cornerstone to enhance the nation’s value chain and boost overall productivity. He emphasized that the initiative is designed to drive economic transformation by optimizing resource use and output across key sectors.


Additionally, Mr. Tanoh hinted at an exciting component of the plan, referred to as “Show Ghana,” though further details are yet to be disclosed. The announcement has sparked anticipation as the government prepares to roll out this ambitious economic strategy.
